Are the keys genuine?
All our keys come from approved partner vehicle dismantling centers, where they are rigorously selected. They then undergo strict quality control to guarantee you an experience worthy of a prestige car, with the precision and care of a true work of art.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees will be applied and added at checkout.
What are the delivery times?
It depends on your location. Orders within France will take 2 to 3 business days to arrive. Orders within Europe will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What are the payment methods?
The available payment methods are PayPal, credit card or American Express.
Are the keys included?
Yes, every Cartist frame already includes the key integrated into the center. We designed our frames to be ready to use right out of the box, with the key perfectly positioned. Therefore, you don't need to add the key separately; it's already included in the frame.
